Christopher Tehrani is a Stockholm-based partner at Advokatfirman Schjødt and a seasoned trial attorney specialising in IP litigation—particularly patents, trade secrets and trademarks—across sectors including pharmaceuticals, telecom and medical devices. He advises life sciences clients on regulatory matters, assists with market law and licensing strategies, has practised since 2008 (joining Schjødt in 2022), is authorised to represent clients before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), is the Swedish appointed expert on AIPPI’s Standing Committee on Patents and serves on the board of the Swedish Anti‑Counterfeiting Group (SACG).
