France Englebert is a partner in Fieldfisher's Brussels office and leads the Belgian Real Estate practice, with over 20 years' experience advising local and international clients across the real estate sector. Her practice covers real estate transactions (sales, long-term leases, building rights, usufructs), corporate real estate matters, sale-and-leaseback and development projects, all types of leases (notably offices and retail), construction contracts and related disputes, as well as PPPs and hotel-sector and other commercial contract matters.
