He advises on patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, database protection, denominations of origin (DOP) and geographic indications (GI), designs & models, domain names and Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC), and on related issues such as commercial practice and unfair competition, product safety and labelling, regulatory aspects in food, non-food, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and parallel import.
