Annalie Croney is a Partner in Fieldfisher's Financial Markets & Products team in London, specialising in real estate finance and the solvent restructuring of corporate groups. She advises borrowers on real estate investment and development finance, general corporate borrowing, acquisition finance and asset-backed lending, previously headed the banking legal team at a Big Four accountancy firm, and works with privately owned businesses, family offices, high net worth individuals, property funds, developers, investors and asset managers, acting as an outsourced general counsel drawing on specialists across real estate, private client, corporate and finance teams.
