Partner in Fieldfisher's Financial Markets & Products department in England advising banks, investment firms, commodity houses, fintechs, funds and asset managers on financial regulatory and prudential matters, authorisations and structured finance transactions. His recent work includes PRA/FCA change of control matters, implementation of the Investment Firms Prudential Regime (IFPR), financings such as structured note programmes and carbon-credit financing, and establishment of trade finance platforms.
