Edward is a Partner in Fieldfisher's derivatives team with over 25 years' experience advising on derivatives, repo and stock‑lending transactions across a range of underlyings. He has particular expertise in netting, collateral (including collateral segregation), close‑outs and disputes, regulatory issues affecting derivatives and securities financing, structured finance documentation and liquidity facilities, and has advised on derivatives linked to cryptocurrencies/digital assets.
