Partner at SANDS who heads the firm's tax department with more than 20 years of experience advising Norwegian and international clients on Norwegian and international tax and VAT law, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border operations and transfer pricing. He regularly handles advance rulings, tax audits and administrative appeals, litigates tax and VAT cases (admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court in 2017) and has experience with proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
