Torgeir Fjeldskaar is a Partner at SANDS in Norway specializing in tax (including VAT) and tax litigation. He advises Norwegian and foreign corporations and individuals on corporate taxation, M&A, international transactions and transfer pricing, and represents clients before the tax authorities and at all levels of the Norwegian court system; he was admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway in 2017.
