Senior Lawyer at SANDS affiliated with the firm's Energy, Shipping & Offshore, Forensic Services and Compliance & Risk Management departments. He advises Norwegian and international shipowners, charterers, shipyards, P&I clubs and insurers on maritime law, marine insurance and contract matters, with experience in LNG projects, charterparty disputes, newbuilding and conversion contracts, sale and purchase of ships, ship arrest and enforcement, court and arbitration proceedings, and in sanctions, investigations and due diligence; he has international experience including an extended period in Singapore.
