Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at Fladgate LLP, specialising in commercial disputes with a focus on partnership disputes, civil fraud and contentious insolvency. Experienced in freezing injunctions, Norwich Pharmacal orders and other interim relief, cross-border proceedings and evidence under the Hague Convention, and in advising/representing parties in arbitrations under LCIA, GAFTA, UNCITRAL and on ICSID matters.
