Partner in Fox Williams LLP's Tax and incentives department in England, advising on a broad range of direct and indirect tax matters in the context of UK and cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, and venture capital, with a specialism in employee share schemes and management incentive arrangements. She became a partner at Fox Williams in 2010 after roles at Freshfields and as a trainee at Cameron Markby Hewitt, and contributes to tax publications and speaks regularly at seminars and conferences.
