Mary Elliott is a Partner at Fox Williams LLP who advises listed and unlisted companies on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and venture capital and private equity fundraisings, with extensive experience in corporate governance. She has in-depth knowledge of the publishing and digital media sector, speaks on legal issues arising from emerging technologies and AI, is a Trustee of the Royal National Institute for Blind People (chairing its People, Culture & Safeguarding Committee), and was Highly Commended at the Women & Diversity Awards 2025 for Law Firm Leader of the Year (National / Regional).
