Partner in the employment team at Fox Williams LLP, advising employers and senior executives on all aspects of employment law and HR-related issues with a particular focus on the financial services sector and involvement in the firm's Senior Managers and Certification Regime specialist group. She advises on executive service agreements, restrictive covenants, disciplinary and redundancy matters, termination and settlement agreements, and has extensive tribunal experience including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
