Jonathan Segal is a partner at Fox Williams LLP who co-heads the firm's financial services team and leads its FinTech and alternative finance offering. He is a recognised adviser to FinTech lenders and credit funds on both product and funding matters — including warehouse financings, private securitisations, forward flow transactions, portfolio sales and restructurings — and has worked across consumer, SME and esoteric asset finance (eg EV bikes, user-acquisition finance and crypto).
