Partner at Fox Williams LLP who specialises in advising on entering into, varying and terminating supply chain agreements for fashion, technology and life sciences clients, with much of his work conducted internationally. He established and leads the firm's AgentLaw team (agency and distribution agreements), chairs the Fashion Law Group and heads the firm's ESG Group, and advises on the international development of independent schools and education companies.
