Partner at LALIVE (joined 2015; promoted to partner in 2021) who specialises in domestic and international litigation, with a focus on commercial and banking disputes, arbitration-related litigation, asset recovery, white‑collar crime, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and awards, cross‑border insolvency and mutual legal assistance. He regularly represents clients in complex cross‑border matters before Swiss courts and in setting-aside proceedings against arbitral awards and is recognised by Who’s Who Legal as a future leader in litigation in Switzerland and by Legal 500 in Banking and finance.
