Christine Moehler is Counsel at LALIVE in Zurich who specialises in international commercial arbitration and litigation, with a focus on contract disputes in the energy and commodities sectors as well as matters related to construction and financial services. She acts as party representative and as arbitrator in ad hoc and institutional proceedings and advises on arbitration-related state court matters, including challenges before the Swiss Supreme Court and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards; she also regularly lectures and publishes in these fields.
