Matthias Scherer is a Partner at LALIVE in Switzerland who specializes in international litigation and arbitration and commercial contracts, advising corporate, private and State parties. He has acted as counsel in more than 200 arbitration and ADR proceedings, is regularly appointed as arbitrator, frequently represents parties before the Swiss Supreme Court, and in 2021 was designated by Switzerland to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators.
