Muyiwa Balogun is a Partner at Olaniwun Ajayi LP who heads the firm's Government Business Practice and manages the Abuja office. He advises on public expenditure management, regulatory affairs and compliance, infrastructure development, privatisation and financial sector regulation, and represents clients in litigation and arbitration; he has led drafting of major legislation including the Fiscal Responsibility Act and the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria Act.
