Associate in Olaniwun Ajayi LP’s Oil & Gas practice advising on oil and gas law with interests in energy law, corporate commercial law and the legal aspects of foreign direct investment. She served as a judicial clerk to a senior Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa and is admitted to the Nigerian and New York State Bars.
