Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Olaniwun Ajayi LP in Nigeria with experience in shipping law, international trade, arbitration and litigation; he routinely represents shipping companies, government agencies and maritime bodies in admiralty and maritime cases in Nigeria and advises on matters including collision, charterparties, ship financing, general average, towage, piracy, carriage of goods by sea and ship registration. He holds an LLM (Distinction) and a PhD from the University of Cape Town, is an article reviewer for the Maritime Law Journal of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS) and has presented papers locally and internationally.
