Christopher Hatton is a Solicitor at Anthony Gold Solicitors LLP, joining in August 2022 and specialising in disputes relating to wills, trusts and probate, including will validity, testamentary capacity, undue influence, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims and administration of trusts and estates. He previously worked at a Legal 500 firm in Buckinghamshire where he completed his training contract, and has completed the ACTAPS training course and is a member of the Contentious Trust Association (ConTrA).
