David Greenwood is Director & Solicitor at Switalskis Solicitors with a national reputation for work on child sexual exploitation and historic abuse claims. He leads the firm's Child Abuse Compensation work, represents over 100 Rotherham survivors and over 500 Medomsley Detention Centre survivors, has worked on cases decided in the House of Lords, and is handling complex High Court litigation while campaigning for compensation schemes.
