Partner in Greenwoods' Commercial Disputes team in England, who joined the firm in 2020. Qualified and originally practised in New Zealand before moving to the UK in 2001, he advises on international commercial arbitration and litigation, including shareholder disputes, SPA warranty claims, commercial fraud and asset tracing, and insolvency-related claims (directors' breach of duty, preference and wrongful trading).
