Guillaume is co-head of the firm’s trademark and design group. His practice encompasses all aspects of IP law, with a focus on IP litigation and arbitration, trademark and design prosecution and contractual and commercial intellectual property. He has extensive experience in litigating IP cases (both technical and non-technical) in both the French and German-speaking parts of Switzerland.
