Senior Solicitor at HCR Law based in England who advises on a wide range of property issues and disputes including freehold matters, landlord and tenant (commercial and residential), dilapidations, enfranchisement/lease extensions and agricultural tenancies. She has significant experience with complex title issues, easements (rights of access and rights of light), covenants and adverse possession, acts for private and commercial clients (including charities and academic institutions), has appeared in ADR and at courts and tribunals (including the Land Registry Adjudicator, Lands Chamber and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal), is a member of the Property Litigation Association and was noted in the Legal 500 for “Excellent personal service, very speedy responses and clear advice”.
