Partner in the Employment department at Hill Dickinson LLP who joined the firm in June 2024. An all‑round employment lawyer advising employer clients on non‑contentious matters (including large‑scale restructurings, TUPE, IR35 and trade union/industrial action) and on contentious disputes from early grievance and ACAS stages through Employment Tribunal hearings and High Court proceedings, with experience of cross‑over company‑law issues and senior executive joining/leaving arrangements.
