Partner at Hill Dickinson LLP since 2024 with a corporate and commercial practice. Qualified in September 2001, she has extensive M&A and corporate finance experience, including acting on the c. £190 million acquisition of Motor Parts Direct for Motus in 2022 and was a founding partner of Hill Dickinson's Birmingham office.
