Donal Keaney is a Partner in Hill Dickinson LLP’s Singapore shipping practice. A former master mariner, he has extensive experience handling major marine casualties, casualty investigation and advising shipowners and P&I clubs, and moved to Hill Dickinson’s Singapore office in 2023 after earlier roles in Hong Kong and London.
