Senior Associate in the Serious Injury / Personal Injury department at Hugh James with over 15 years’ experience in serious and catastrophic personal injury litigation; now has principal conduct of high-value (six- and seven-figure) claims and recovered in excess of £12 million in damages in 2022. He has acted on fatal, brain injury, complex orthopaedic and polytrauma claims, has an ever-developing spinal cord injury practice, and is joint secretary of the Merseyside Spinal Injury Association and a member of MASCIP.
