Tarek Yehya is a partner at Meysan (Meysan Partners) and head of the Capital Markets and Data Protection practices, with over 22 years' experience in the Middle East advising on capital markets transactions, compliance and corporate governance. He has acted on major projects and PPPs, including mandates for Kuwait Media City Company, the Madinat al-Hareer (Silk City) development and the Kuwaiti Ministry of Communications.
