Partner in the Tax department at Joffe & Associés, Virginie Davion worked for more than 10 years at EY before joining the firm. She advises French companies and international groups on day-to-day and complex tax matters including mergers‑acquisitions, restructuring and external growth, and advises private clients—particularly directors—on private estates; she is a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyers and Counsel (IACF).
