Partner at TLT in England who specialises in development consent orders (DCOs) for nationally significant infrastructure under the Planning Act 2008, and who advises on hybrid bills, Transport and Works Act orders, harbours act orders and other special consents. He has maintained a long-running blog on the Planning Act regime since 2009 and is an elected Board Chair of the National Infrastructure Planning Association and a member of The Law Society's Planning and Environmental Law Committee.
