Ed Henderson is a Partner in Commercial and Corporate at Lee Bolton Monier-Williams, leading the firm's corporate and commercial work and advising companies, SMEs, investors, start-ups, charities and educational organisations. He focuses on mergers & acquisitions, company structuring, shareholder matters, commercial agreements, employment (including TUPE), data protection/GDPR, restructurings, refinancings and fundraises; he trained at LBMW, qualified in 2009 and became a partner in 2016, and is Deputy Registrar to the Bishop of Liverpool as well as the firm's HR and Training partner.
