Partner in the personal injury team at Leigh Day with over 18 years' experience, specialising in industrial disease—particularly asbestos claims—and jointly heading the firm's industrial disease team. He is an APIL fellow and has acted in high-value asbestos cases achieving multi-million pound settlements, and also represents high-end catastrophic personal injury claimants.
