Nigel MacKay is a partner and joint head of the Employment Department at Leigh Day, specialising in employment and discrimination law. He represents employees, senior executives and trade union clients in claims from the Employment Tribunal through to the Supreme Court, advises on contracts, restrictive covenants and bonus issues, has particular expertise with senior directors and gig economy workers, is a frequent public speaker and media commentator, and sits on the Employment Lawyers Association training committee.
