Partner in Lewis Silkin's Employment, Immigration and Reward team based in Belfast, providing cross-jurisdiction and comparative employment advice across the UK and Ireland. Qualified in England & Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, he advises on contentious and non-contentious matters including HR support, M&A, restructuring, TUPE, outsourcing, discrimination and employment litigation, and brings prior HR management experience; he is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a Visiting Professor at Ulster University.
