Tom Kelly is a Partner at Preston Turnbull who advises on marine and international trade litigation and international arbitration, with a particular focus on dry shipping, ship/yacht building, shipbuilding and offshore construction. He represents large shipping and mining companies in high-value, complex disputes and has acted in notable High Court shipbuilding cases including The Star Polaris and Adyard v Serco.
