Partner and Co-Head of Family Law at Branch Austin McCormick LLP in England. An accredited Collaborative Lawyer and member of Resolution who is a panel member of the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced scheme, she has acted in notable appellate family law matters including AA v NA and Kab (Court of Appeal guidance on appeals against findings of fact in domestic abuse cases) and Re TW and TM (Minors) (successful appeal against a child maintenance top-up order).
