He has over twenty-five years' experience advising on commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, banking services and national and international contracts, and previously served as in-house counsel, was a partner at Baker & McKenzie (left September 2019), and early in his career worked in China as a legal advisor.
