Formerly a partner at Holman Fenwick & Willan and later head of the London international arbitration practice at a major American law firm, with extensive experience in High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court commercial cases and international arbitrations. Solicitor of the Supreme Court and a CEDR and LMAA accredited mediator; author of books on International Sale of Goods and International Arbitration Institutions.
