Partner in the Competition group within the Innovation department at Mishcon de Reya LLP, specialising in competition litigation, commercial litigation, international arbitration and other dispute resolution procedures. He advises major multinational clients on disputes and is particularly experienced in third-party funding arrangements and managing the financial risks of litigation; he is also a founding member of The European Circle for Competition Damages.
