Senior Associate at Osborne & Wise, Louise Purcell qualified at Irwin Mitchell in London and has worked as a senior lawyer at Capsticks and at a firm advising Microsoft business partners, developing expertise in the corporate and commercial side of employment law. She has considerable employment litigation experience representing employers at Tribunals across London and the southeast, and also advises businesses and employees on day-to-day HR matters and strategic issues (including TUPE, restrictive covenants and redundancies); she is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
