Partner in the KPMG Law team with over 16 years of business advisory and transactional experience advising on cross-border and domestic M&A, joint ventures, corporate finance, reorganisations and restructurings, management incentive arrangements and general corporate legal work. Previously worked at Mayer Brown and Greenberg Traurig and has undertaken secondments to the general counsel’s offices of a multinational pharmaceutical company and a global insurance organisation.
