Toby Wilbraham is a Partner at Olliers and a highly experienced solicitor who has worked at the firm for over 30 years. He is primarily a litigator and advocate in the Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal, handling complex criminal matters (including historical sexual offences, conspiracy to supply drugs, murders and computer-related/dark web cases), pre-charge engagement and regulatory matters such as trademark allegations, and intra‑familial domestic allegation cases.
