Nick Arron is a solicitor and partner at Poppleston Allen who leads the Betting & Gaming team and is responsible for Operating, Personal and Premises Licences under the Gambling Act 2005. He advises a wide range of land-based and online leisure operators and is retained by the Bingo Association and sits on the Bourne Leisure Group Gambling Risk Management Committee.
