Partner at Poppleston Allen in England specialising in alcohol licensing, advising on new premises licences, variations and licensing reviews; a veteran of over 150 licensing reviews and lead advocate in EMRO challenges for the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers. He sits on the Institute of Licensing’s operational and development committee, has given evidence to a House of Lords Select Committee review of the Licensing Act 2003 and acts for clients including Deltic Group, Smashburger, Parkdean Resorts, Bourne Leisure and LT Pub Management.
