Senior Associate in Shoosmiths' Commercial Litigation team advising national and international commercial clients on a wide range of disputes, including contractual disputes and termination, enforcement of restrictive covenants and complex debt recovery. Experienced in ADR (including mediation), international arbitration (part of a team in Dubai representing an international telecommunications company) and contentious insolvency matters; completed the Insolvency Practitioners Association Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) in 2018.
