Associate in the Business Law team at TWM Solicitors LLP based in the firm’s Guildford office, advising on corporate, commercial and banking matters for individuals and companies. She handles buying and selling businesses (asset and share transactions, management buyouts/buy-ins), joint ventures, partnership and shareholder agreements, and commercial real estate and development finance; she joined TWM in June 2016 and completed her training contract before joining the Business Law team in February 2023.
