Malcolm Simpson is a partner in Walker Morris LLP’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution team with nearly 25 years’ experience handling commercial disputes as a trial lawyer and in arbitrations, mediations and expert determinations. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a CEDR accredited mediator, advises major UK and global corporations, and is recognised in publications such as Best Lawyers and the Acritas Stars database.
